Terms of service

These terms cover use of the Formhold Shopify app. Installing it means accepting them.
The service
Formhold receives form submissions from your storefront, stores them, and shows them in your Shopify admin. You choose which forms are connected and what they collect.
Plans and billing
Billing runs through Shopify. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice, and plans can be changed or cancelled in the app without reinstalling.
- Starter — $9/month, 1,000 submissions per month
- Growth — $19/month, unlimited submissions
Both plans include a 14-day free trial; nothing is charged before it ends. Once a monthly allowance is used up, further submissions to that store are declined until the next month or an upgrade. Uninstalling the app cancels the subscription. Charges already made are not refunded pro rata.
Your responsibilities
You are the controller of the data your shoppers submit. You are responsible for telling them what you collect and why, for having a lawful basis to collect it, and for not using Formhold to gather data you are not entitled to.
Your data
It stays yours. Export it as CSV or through the read-only API at any time. Uninstalling erases everything for your store 48 hours later, via Shopify’s shop/redact webhook.
Availability
Formhold is provided as is, without warranty. No uptime is guaranteed. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose — export regularly.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the amount you paid for Formhold in the three months before the claim.
Changes and termination
These terms may change; material changes will be announced in the app. Either party may end the arrangement at any time — you by uninstalling, us by giving notice with a reasonable window to export your data.
